Complete Premium Billing and Claims Eligibility:

We handle all of the premium remittances to your insurance carriers, Preferred Provider Organizations, and Managed Care Contractors.

Complete Claims Adjudication:

Our claims payment procedures are as stringent as those applied to a fully insured medical or dental plan. Our claims examiners process an individual's claim in strict accordance with your Plan Document.

Benefit Cost Analysis and Plan Design:

If requested, we can provide you with:

• Projected cost of adding a new benefit
• Periodic cost analysis, including cost projections for future periods and estimates of outstanding claim liabilities
• Advice with respect to plan design including new benefit trends and governmental requirements

Administrative and Claim Forms:

All normal administrative enrollment forms and claim forms, as well as instructions for their use, will be provided by Integrity Administrators. These materials are of a style and quality comparable to those routinely used by fully insured plans.

Plan Document Preparation:

If requested, Integrity Administrators will draft and print your Plan Document. This cost can be included as part of the initial set-up fee, or it can be billed as a separate charge. Such a charge would reflect the actual costs incurred by Integrity Administrators.

Complete COBRA:

Integrity Administrators can also assume the administrative responsibilities of your COBRA members. There have been many court cases over the years pertaining to COBRA. Solid administrative procedures and thorough record keeping can help ensure compliance with COBRA and avoid costly lawsuits or governmental fines.
